On January 24, 2026, Injured Person (IP) was engaged in disposing scrap cable pieces using an outsourced tail-lift truck. While attempting to step onto the lowered tail-lift platform, he inadvertently held the hydraulic cylinder with his left hand. A sudden jerk, caused by uneven movement of the taillift’s hydraulic cylinders, resulted in a cut injury between his middle and index fingers.

IP was taken to the TMH Noamundi, where in X-ray fracture was not found. However, due to the cut injury, the IP was advised rest to support faster healing.
