1. What is Positive Isolation? | Positive Isolation क्या है?
Positive Isolation means completely separating the energy source before starting work, so that the equipment cannot become energized accidentally.
काम शुरू करने से पहले Energy Source को पूरी तरह अलग करना, ताकि equipment गलती से चालू/energize न हो सके।

2. Identify Energy Source | Energy Source की पहचान करें
Identify all energy sources such as Electrical, Gas, Fluid and Other energy before starting the job.
काम शुरू करने से पहले सभी Electrical, Gas, Fluid और अन्य Energy Sources की पहचान करें।

3. Authorized Person | अधिकृत व्यक्ति
Only a trained and authorized person should carry out isolation.
Isolation केवल trained और authorized person द्वारा ही किया जाना चाहिए।

4. Personal Lock | Personal Lock
Every protected person must attach his/her own personal lock for personal protection.
हर व्यक्ति अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए अपना Personal Lock लगाए। किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के lock पर निर्भर न रहें।

5. Types of Locks | Lock के प्रकार

• 🔴 Red Lock – TISCO Employee

• 🔵 Blue Lock – Contractor Supervisor

• 🟡 Yellow Lock – Equipment Lock

• ⚫ Black Lock – Group Isolation Box Lock

6. Check Correct Isolation | सही Isolation की जांच करें
The protected person has the right to ask for a trial/test to confirm that the correct isolation has been done.
काम करने वाला व्यक्ति trial/test की मांग कर सकता है, ताकि सही isolation की पुष्टि हो सके।

7. Important Lock Rules | महत्वपूर्ण Lock नियम

• Always use your own lock. / हमेशा अपना lock लगाएं।

• Never use another person's lock. / दूसरे व्यक्ति का lock कभी न लगाएं।

• Never bypass an isolator when a lock is attached. / Lock लगा होने पर isolator को bypass न करें।

• Lock must be in the safe position. / Lock हमेशा safe position में होना चाहिए।

8. Before Leaving | काम छोड़ने से पहले
Remove your personal lock after completing the job and leaving the work area.
काम पूरा करने और work area छोड़ने से पहले अपना Personal Lock remove करें।
